(C) BEFORE A REGISTRATION EXPIRES, THE REGISTRANT PERIODICALLY (1) IS OTHERWISE ENTITLED TO BE REGISTERED; (2) MEETS THE QUALIFICATIONS SET FORTH FOR AN ORIGINAL (3) PAYS THE RENEWAL FEE SET BY THE DIRECTOR; AND (4) SUBMITS TO THE DIRECTOR A RENEWAL APPLICATION ON THE (D) THE DIRECTOR SHALL RENEW THE REGISTRATION OF EACH 5-308. WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE CHANGE, A REGISTRANT (1) CEMETERY OR BURIAL GOODS BUSINESS WITH WHICH A (2) REGISTERED CEMETERIAN OR REGISTERED SELLER DESIGNATED (3) EMPLOYEES OF THE PERMIT HOLDER WHO ENGAGE IN THE SALE OF (4) OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, OR AGENTS OF THE PERMIT (5) NAME OR ADDRESS OF THE REGISTRANT OR PERMIT HOLDER. 5-309. EACH REGISTRANT SHALL DISPLAY THE REGISTRATION CONSPICUOUSLY AT 5-310.
