Section 10-612(e)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1990 Replacement Volume and 1996 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

10-612.

(e) (1) A stationary blind or blind site license may be obtained from the clerk of
the circuit court of the county within whose jurisdiction the stationary blind or blind site

lies.

(2)     Application shall be made on forms, furnished by the Secretary to the
clerks of courts, which provide for the location of the blind and the name of the riparian
owner. A person may apply by mail.

(3)     THE NUMBER OF STATIONARY BLIND AND BLIND SITE LICENSES
THAT THE CLERK SHALL ISSUE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL RESIDENT NONOWNER DURING
1 DAY IS LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN FIVE TWO.

[(3)] (4) The clerk shall issue the license upon payment of a [ $5.50] $10.50
$11.00 fee. The clerk shall retain 50 cents $1.00 to cover issuing costs.

(5) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL PROVIDE EACH PARTICIPATING COUNTY
WITH MAPS DESIGNED FOR PUBLIC DISPLAY AND INDICATION OF THE GEOGRAPHIC
LOCATIONS OF EACH PURCHASED SITE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October July 1, 1997.

Limited Liability Company Reform Act of 1997

FOR the purpose of altering the requirement that a limited liability company be formed
by two or more persons by allowing formation by any person; altering the powers of
a limited liability company; repealing a requirement that the articles of organization
of a limited liability company contain the latest date on which the limited liability
company is to dissolve; allowing a general partnership or a limited partnership
certain persons to convert to a limited liability company and establishing procedures
for the conversion; repealing certain limitations on the authority of a member of a
