exemption for certain insurance advisers; making certain corrections and clarifying
that there must be notice and opportunity for a hearing under certain
circumstances; correcting certain provisions and clarifying certain terms in the
revised Insurance Article; repealing a certain termination date; clarifying certain
terminology; requiring the Maryland Insurance Administration to take certain
corrective actions; and generally relating to the issuance, expiration, renewal, and
conditions of certificates of qualification of insurance professionals.
