12-317. (a) [In this section "pharmacist rehabilitation committee" means a committee that: (1) Is within one of the categories described in subsection (b) of this section; (2) Performs any of the functions listed in subsection (c) of this section. (b) For purposes of this section, a pharmacist rehabilitation committee is: (1) A committee of the Maryland Pharmaceutical Association; (2) The Maryland Society of Hospital Pharmacists; or (i) Is recognized by the Board; and (ii) Is composed of pharmacists.] IN THIS SECTION "PHARMACIST REHABILITATION COMMITTEE" MEANS A [(c)] (B) For purposes of this section, a pharmacist rehabilitation committee [(d)](C) (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, the proceedings, (2) Paragraph (1) of this subsection does not apply to any record or (3) For purposes of this subsection, civil action does not include a [(e)] (D) A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of jurisdiction of a - 3456 -
