GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 615 accorded a failure or refusal of the licensee to submit to a certain examination; BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Section 12-205, 12-313 through 12-315, 12-317, 12-409, 12-410, 12-604, and 12-707 Annotated Code of Maryland (1994 Replacement Volume and 1996 Supplement) BY adding to Article - Health Occupations Section 12-318 through 12-320 Annotated Code of Maryland (1994 Replacement Volume and 1996 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Health Occupations 12-205. (a) In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this title, the Board may (1) Rules and bylaws that are necessary to do its business; (2) Rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this title; [and] (3) Rules and regulations that are necessary to protect the public health, (i) Methods of advertising and promotion; and (ii) Standards for filling and refilling prescriptions[.]; AND (4) A CODE OF CONDUCT THAT SPECIFIES WHICH BEHAVIORS ARE (b) In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in this title, the Board shall: - 3451 -
