[(ii) On or after July 1, 1995, for any manner of catches, not less than
the size limits promulgated by the Department in accordance with the fisheries
management plan adopted under § 4-215 of this title; however,]

(III) HOWEVER, a croaker less than the size limit provided in this
paragraph may be sold during closed season if:

1.       The croaker was caught in another state;

2.       The croaker is accompanied by a bill of sale or bill of lading
from the state of origin certifying that the croaker was caught in full compliance with the
laws of the state of origin; and

3.       The state of origin is in compliance with interstate fishing
management requirements as determined by the Department;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October June 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Board of Education - Compensation

FOR the purpose of increasing the annual compensation received by a member of the
Harford County Board of Education for certain expenses; and clarifying that the
compensation is for expenses related to the performance of duties as a member of
the Board.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

3-112.

(a) Each member of the Harford County Board is entitled to receive [ $1,200]
$3,600 annually for travel and other expenses going to and from Board meetings RELATED
TO THE PERFORMANCE OF DUTIES AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD.
