(b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this section, on or before July 1,
1991, an evaluation shall be made of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental activities units:

(9) Real Estate Hearing Board (§ 17-325 of the Business Occupations and
Professional Article); AND

(10) Division of Savings and Loan Associations (§ 8-301 of the Financial
Institutions Article) [; and

(11) School Health Pilot Program (§ 7-415 of the Education Article)].

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt - World War H Memorial Commission and World War II

Memorial Commission Loan of 1995

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $300,000
$200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the World War II Memorial
Commission for certain acquisition, development, or improvement purposes;
providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; and providing generally for the
issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the loan; and amending Chapter 315 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1995, the World War II Memorial Commission
Loan of 1995, to alter the purpose of the proceeds of the bonds.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 315 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1995
Section 1(3)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:

(1) The Board of Public Works may borrow money and incur indebtedness on
behalf of the State of Maryland through a State loan to be known as the World War II
Memorial Commission Loan of 1997 in the total principal amount of $300,000 $200,000.
This loan shall be evidenced by the issuance, sale, and delivery of State general obligation
bonds authorized by a resolution of the Board of Public Works and issued, sold, and
