DESIGNATED BY THE CITY IS AUTHORIZED TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN ENFORCING
A CIVIL CITATION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That between July 1, 1997 and
October 1, 1997, every citation issued under this Act shall be served with notice of the
provisions of this Act and reference to the appropriate section(s) of the laws of this State.
SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October July 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning
Education - School Health Pilot Pilot Program - Continuation Repeal of Termination
Provision
FOR the purpose of requiring a health research design analyst designated by the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene or the Baltimore City Health
Department to prepare certain reports on the status and success of the School
Health Pilot Pilot Program on a certain date; extending repealing the provisions a
certain obsolete provision of law; repealing a certain provision of law relating to the
evaluation and termination of the School Health Pilot Pilot Program to a certain
date; providing for the effective date of this Act altering the name of the School
Health Pilot Program; making a stylistic change; and generally relating to the
continuation repeal of the termination provision relating to the School Health Pilot
Pilot Program.
