$800,000 for the Frostburg facility, provided
that the funds shall not be released until
Allegany County provides $400,000 in local
county funds to the Town of Lonaconing
and $800.000 in county funds to the City of
Frostburg for priority capital projects.

In addition to the appropriation shown on

bill), to provide funds for transfer to the
Transportation Trust Fund as required by
Chapter 204, Acts of 1993, as amended by
Chapter 600, Acts of 1996.

provided that $21,000,000 of this amount is
appropriated for transfer to the

bill), to provide funds for back pay awards
to administrative law judges as provided in
Office of Administrative Hearings v. Jon M.
Will, et al. (Court of Special Appeals of
Maryland, No. 1431, September Term, 1994,
