(1) the full name of the licensee;

(2) the current address of the licensee;

(3) the date of issuance of the license; AND

(4) the date on which the license expires [; and

(5) a picture of the licensee].

(C) THE SECRETARY SHALL ISSUE TO AN INDIVIDUAL LICENSEE A POCKET
IDENTIFICATION CARD THAT INCLUDES:

(1) A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE LICENSEE, SUPPLIED BY THE LICENSEE;

AND

(2) THE LICENSE EXPIRATION DATE.

18-306.

(A) While a license is in effect, it authorizes the licensee to engage in the business
of providing security systems services.

(B) AN INDIVIDUAL OR A FIRM MAY QUALIFY FOR A LICENSE AS A SECURITY
SYSTEMS AGENCY.

18-307.

(a) Unless a license is renewed for a 2-year term as provided in this section, the
license expires on the first April 1 that comes:

(1) after the effective date of the license; and

(2) in an even numbered ODD-NUMBERED year.

(b) At least 1 month before a license expires, the Secretary shall mail to the
licensee, at the last known address of the licensee:

(1) a renewal application form; and

(2) a notice that states:

(i) the date on which the current license expires;

(ii) the date by which the Secretary must receive the renewal
application for the renewal to be issued and mailed before the license expires; and

(iii) the amount of the renewal fee.

(c) Before the license expires, the licensee periodically may renew it for an
additional 2-year term, if the licensee:

(1) otherwise is entitled to be licensed;
