KA04.01 Statewide Operation

To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 1997 to provide
funds to develop a statewide centralized
reservation system for camp sites, cabins,
and pavilions in the State parks.

Object .08 Contractual Services

LA11.11 Capital Appropriation

In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 53 of the printed bill (first reading file
bill), to provide funds for the purchase of
easements to preserve agricultural land and
woodland.

Object .14 Land and Structures

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation is contingent upon the
failure of SB 388 and HB 507 establishing a
Rural Legacy program.

LOCAL AND FAMILY HEALTH ADMINISTRATION

MF02.01 Family Health Services

To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 1997 to support
a State funded breast and cervical cancer
diagnosis and treatment program, in order
to pay for the diagnosis and treatment of
breast and cervical cancer for low income,
uninsured Maryland women.
