DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTANCE BY THE COUNTY OF ANY STREET OR ROAD OR OTHER
PUBLIC PLACE SHOWN ON THE PLAT FOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, OR OPERATION
THEREOF.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Enforcement of Ordinances and Regulations

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of St. Mary's County to
provide for the enforcement of certain ordinances, rules, and regulations in the
same manner and to the same extent as municipal infractions in the District Court;
authorizing the prosecution of certain violations of ordinances and resolutions of St.
Mary's County as misdemeanors in the District Court; providing for the prospective
application of this Act; and generally relating to the prosecution of violations of
ordinances and regulations of St. Mary's County.
