PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 394

(2) Only to a holder of a Class B beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) license that
is issued for use on the premises of a restaurant located in the jurisdictions listed in
paragraph (3) of this subsection; and

(3) Only in the following jurisdictions:

(i) Anne Arundel County;

(ii) Anne Arundel County - City of Annapolis;

(iii) Baltimore City;

(iv) Baltimore County;

(v) CALVERT COUNTY;

(VI) The thirteenth election district of Carroll County;

[(vi)] (VII) Cecil County;

[(vii)] (VIII) Charles County;

[(viii)](IX) Dorchester County;

[(ix)] (X) Frederick County;

[(x)] (XI) Garrett County;

[(xi)] (XII) Harford County;

[(xii)] (XIII) Kent County;

[(xiii)] (XIV) Montgomery County;

[(xiv)] (XV) Queen Anne's County;

[(xv)] (XVI) Washington County;

[(xvi)] (XVII)Wicomico County; and

[(xvii)] (XVIII)Worcester County.

(b) A holder of a Class 6 pub-brewery license:

(1) May brew malt beverages at a single location for consumption on the
restaurant premises; and

(2) Is limited to the brewing of 2,000 barrels of malt beverage each calendar

year.

(c) The pub-brewery premises shall be located immediately adjacent to the
restaurant where the brewed beverage is to be sold to the public.

(d) The Class 6 pub-brewery license is void if:

(1) The restaurant ceases to be operated as a restaurant; or
