(2) A prisoner working under the supervision of State Use Industries in the
federal prison industry enhancement program is excluded from the jurisdiction of the
Sundry Claims Board and shall be administered benefits as provided in Title 9 of the
Labor and Employment Article.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994. [It shall remain effective for a period of 3 years and, at the end of
September 30, 1997, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act
shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning
Real Estate Brokers - Errors and Omissions Insurance - Disclosure
FOR the purpose of requiring a real estate broker to provide certain information to an
associate real estate broker or real estate sales person at the time the real estate
broker offers coverage under a policy providing errors and omissions insurance;
requiring the associate real estate broker or real estate salesperson to sign a
statement acknowledging receipt of certain reformation under certain
circumstances; establishing liability, under certain circumstances, for failure of a
real estate broker to comply with certain requirements; and generally relating to the
disclosure of certain information by a real estate broker in connection with an offer
of coverage under a policy providing errors and omission insurance requiring certain
real estate brokers to make certain disclosures to certain associate real estate
brokers and real estate salespersons about errors and omissions insurance under
certain circumstances; and generally relating to the real estate brokers, associate
real estate brokers, and real estate salespersons.
