Ch. 377 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND CONJUNCTION WITH THE HEBREW SYMBOL OR SUCH OTHER REPRESENTATION, IN (F) (1) IN THIS SUBSECTION, "FRESH" MEANS UNPROCESSED OTHER THAN (2) A PERSON MAY NOT SELL OR OFFER FOR SALE, AS KOSHER, ANY (I) ON THE PACKAGE LABEL; OR (II) IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT PACKAGED, ON A SIGN PROMINENTLY [14-905.
