To work with the local subdivisions to collect and analyze data
during the program period; and

(iii) (II) Subject to § 2-1312 of the State Government Article, to
prepare the reports to the General Assembly and the Secretary of Health and Mental
Hygiene on July 1, 1992 [and], July 1, 1997, AND JULY 1, 2001 on the status and success
of the Program.

(d) The Program staff shall develop or appropriately adapt an existing parental
consent form for the provision of health services.

The provisions of this subtitle creating the School Health Pilot Program and relating
to the regulation of this Program and any regulations promulgated under the Program are
of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1997] 2002.]

Article - State Government

8-403.

(b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this section, on or before
July 1, 1991, an evaluation shall be made of the following governmental activities or units
and the statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental activities or units:

(9) Real Estate Hearing Board (§ 17-325 of the Business Occupations and
Professions Article); AND

(10) Division of Savings and Loan Associations (§ 8-301 of the Financial
Institutions Article)[; and

(11) School Health Pilot Program (§ 7-415 of the Education Article)].

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning

Court Administration - Collection of Fees - Public-Private Partnership

FOR the purpose of establishing a pilot program to allow a private contractor to collect
certain court costs, fines, restitution payments, probation fees, and other judicial
fees; authorizing the State Court Administrator Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services to enter into certain contracts; establishing a deadline for the
contract required by this Act; providing that a contract shall be awarded through
competitive sealed proposals; requiring a request for proposal to comply with
