Ch. 346 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND Chapter 483 of the Acts of 1991, as amended by Chapter 108 of the Acts of 1996 SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland Article - Transportation 16-110.1. [(d) (1) If the applicant is totally blind in one eye and has at least 20/40 in the (2) If the applicant is totally blind in one eye and has less than 20/40 but at (3) A license may not be issued to any applicant described in paragraphs (1) (D) (1) THE ADMINISTRATION MAY ISSUE A RESTRICTED LICENSE (I) A VISUAL ACUITY OF AT LEAST 20/70 IN ONE OR BOTH EYES; AND (II) A CONTINUOUS FIELD OF VISION OF AT LEAST 110 DEGREES (2) A LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THIS SUBSECTION: (I) SHALL BE ENDORSED "OUTSIDE MIRRORS EACH SIDE"; AND (II) MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY (3) A LICENSE ENDORSED "DAYLIGHT DRIVING ONLY" AUTHORIZES - 2446 -
