Ch. 312 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND (a) In this section, "Unit" means the Central Collection Unit in the Department (b) A certification to the State Lottery Agency under (1) The full name of the defendant OR LIABLE PARENT and any other (2) The Social Security number of the defendant OR LIABLE PARENT; and (3) The amount of the arrearage.
