The Board of Regents of Morgan State
University shall not create any permanent
positions so that the total number of
positions exceeds 855. Any permanent
positions created by the Board of Regents
above the 855 permanent position ceiling
must be approved by the Board of Public
Works.

$1,710,570 in additional general funds shall
not be used for contractual conversions that
do not involve faculty positions.
