SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Administration" means the Maryland Insurance Administration.

(c) (1) "Affected property" means [a property that contains at least one rental
