(b) No later than January 1, 1994, the Board shall adopt regulations that require
the Secretary of General Services, the Secretary of Transportation, and the Chancellor of
the University [of Maryland] System OF MARYLAND to establish a percentage price
preference, not to exceed 5%, for the purchase of products made from recycled materials.

Article - State Government

(b) The Trust shall consist of the following advisor nonvoting members:

(7) the Chairman of the History Department of the University of Maryland
[at College Park], COLLEGE PARK;

The Commission consists of the following 11 members:

(10) the Chancellor of the University [of Maryland] System OF MARYLAND
or a designee; and

12-101.

(a) In this subtitle, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, "State
personnel" means:

(2) an employee or official of the:

(v) overseas programs of the University College of the University [of
Maryland] System OF MARYLAND; and

(a) (4) "Educational institution" means:

(ii) a center or institute of the University [of Maryland] System OF
MARYLAND that is designated in the conflict of interest policies adopted by the system's
board of regents; or

(iii) the University [of Maryland] System OF MARYLAND
Administration, for which the chancellor of the system shall be considered the president
for purposes of this section.

Article - State Personnel and Pensions

(a) This section applies to all employees of all units in the Executive, Judicial, and
Legislative Branches of State government, including all units with independent personnel
systems except for the Department of Transportation and THE University [of Maryland]
System OF MARYLAND.
