Ch. 110 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND (E) THE GOVERNOR MAY REMOVE A PUBLIC MEMBER FOR INCOMPETENCE 18-1905. (A) THE BOARD, FROM AMONG THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, SHALL ELECT (B) THE BOARD SHALL DETERMINE THE TIMES AND PLACES OF MEETINGS.
