(V) LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS.

(2) WHEN EXERCISING AUTHORITY DELEGATED UNDER PARAGRAPH
(1) OF THIS SUBSECTION, THE GOVERNING BODY OF A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE SUBSTANTIVE AND PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS AND
STANDARDS ESTABLISHED BY THE DISTRICT COUNCIL.

(3) WHEN EXERCISING AUTHORITY DELEGATED UNDER PARAGRAPH
(1) OF THIS SUBSECTION, THE GOVERNING BODY OF A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
MAY NOT IMPOSE ANY STANDARD OR REQUIREMENT DIFFERENT FROM
STANDARDS OR REQUIREMENTS THAT WOULD APPLY HAD THE DISTRICT COUNCIL
NOT DELEGATED ITS AUTHORITY TO THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.

(C) ANY PARTY TO AN ACTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION UNDER THIS SECTION SHALL HAVE THE SAME RIGHT OF APPEAL TO
THE CIRCUIT COURT AS THE PARTY WOULD HAVE IF THE ACTION HAD BEEN TAKEN
BY THE DISTRICT COUNCIL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning

State Board of Master Electricians - Waiver of Examination Requirements

FOR the purpose of providing that the State Board of Master Electricians may waive the
examination requirement for an applicant who is licensed in another state and who
satisfies certain experience requirements; authorizing the Board to grant certain
credit toward experience under certain conditions; and generally relating to the
State Board of Master Electricians.
