PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 59 8- 307. (a) Unless a certificate is renewed for a 2-year term as provided in this section, a (1) after the effective date of the certificate; and (2) in an even-numbered year. (b) At least 30 days before the certificate expires, the Board shall mail to the (1) a renewal application form; (2) a notice that states: (i) the date on which the current certificate expires; and (ii) the date by which the Board must receive the renewal application (3) the amount of the renewal fee. (c) Before the certificate expires, the certificate holder periodically may renew it (1) otherwise is entitled to be certified; (2) pays to the Board a renewal fee set by the Board; (3) submits to the Board a renewal application on the form that the Board (4) submits to the Board any documentation required by the Board to verify (d) The Board shall renew the certificate of each certificate holder who meets the (E) THE SECRETARY MAY DETERMINE THAT CERTIFICATES ISSUED UNDER 9- 309. (a) Unless a license is renewed for a 2-year term as provided in this section, the (1) after the effective date of the license; and (2) in an even-numbered year.
