Ch. 47 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND (d) "Department" means the Department of Public Safety and Correctional 4-1102. (a) There is a citizens' advisory committee for the institutions of the Department (1) Baltimore; (2) Hagerstown; (3) Jessup; [and] (4) Somerset County; AND (5) CUMBERLAND.
