in apparent charge of the office of the Commissioner. Similarly, in subsections
(b)(4)(ii)2 and (c)(3)(ii) of this section, the word "individual" is substituted
for the former word "person" because only an individual could do a mailing.

In subsection (b)(1) of this section, the defined term "Administration" is
substituted for the former obsolete reference to the "State Insurance
Department".

In subsection (b)(2) of this section, the former words "action" and "suit" are
deleted as included in the word "proceeding".

In subsections (b)(3) and (c)(2) of this section, the former reference to
"registered ... mail" is deleted as included in the reference to "certified mail".

In subsections (b)(3) and (4)(ii) and (c)(2) and (3) of this section, the term
"unauthorized insurer" is substituted for the former term "defendant" for
clarity and consistency with terminology used throughout this section.
