39.01.01.03 Capital Appropriation

In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 117 of the printed bill (first reading
file bill), to provide funds for direct loans
made from the Water Quality Revolving
Loan Fund. Loans are made to local
jurisdictions for the construction,
acquisition or refinancing of wastewater
facilities, including structures and
equipment used in the collection, treatment
or disposal of wastewater and projects for
controlling nonpoint sources of water
pollution.
