In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 111 of the printed bill (first reading
file bill), to provide funds for a grant to the
Historic East Baltimore Community Action
Coalition.

Object .12 Grants, Subsidies and
Contributions

General Fund Appropriation, provided that this and any
additional appropriations for this purpose shall be contingent on
receipt by the budget committees of a report detailing how these
funds are used and the public objectives furthered by them.
Further provided that it is the intent of the General Assembly that
if this activity is to be funded on an ongoing basis that this be
done through the normal budgetary process and in concert with
other state programs.
