bill), to transfer funds for the Prisoner
Assistance Project from the Office of the
Public Defender, provided that $335,515 of
this appropriation shall only be used to
acquire legal services. Further provided that
up to $335.515 in Inmate Welfare Funds
may be used to acquire legal services.
