It is the intent of the General Assembly that
judicial compensation shall be increased as
allowed under Senate Joint Resolution 4
and House Joint Resolution 7 from this
appropriation and other resources available
in the budget of the Judiciary. Reductions to
these appropriations may be allocated
among the units of the Judiciary.

22.01.00.04 District Court

In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 4 of the printed bill (first reading file
bill), to provide funds for the alteration to
the compensation of the members of the
Judiciary pursuant to Section 1-708 of the
Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article as
enacted by Senate Joint Resolution 4 or
House Joint Resolution 7.
