OUTDOOR LAND LOAN DEBT FUND.....

Provided, however, contingent on enactment
of legislation reducing the percent of
transfer tax dedicated to Program Open
Space, the Special Fund Appropriation that
represents that share of Program Open
Space revenues available for the State
projects shall be $27,809,000 $27,609,000
$27,809,000 $27,709,000 and that share of
Program Open Space revenues available for
local programs shall be $25,583,000. These
amounts may be used for any State projects
or local share authorized in Chapter 403,
Laws of Maryland, 1969 as amended, or in
Chapter 81, Laws of Maryland, 1984;
Chapter 106, Laws of Maryland, 1985;
Chapter 109, Laws of Maryland, 1986;
Chapter 121, Laws of Maryland, 1987;
Chapter 10, Laws of Maryland, 1988;
Chapter 14, Laws of Maryland, 1989;
Chapter 409, Laws of Maryland, 1990;
Chapter 3, Laws of Maryland, 1991;
Chapter 4, 1st Special Session, Laws of
Maryland, 1992; Chapter 204, Laws of
Maryland, . 1993; Chapter 8, Laws of
Maryland, 1994; or Chapter 7, Laws of
Maryland, 1995; and for any of the following
State projects.
