1996 LAWS OF MARYLAND
shall be reduced by $1,795,300. This
reduction represents the Program's
proportional allocation of the fiscal year
1994 transfer tax surplus, and of the fiscal
year 1993, and fiscal year 1995 transfer tax
deficiencies, which are granted in
accordance with Tax Property Article,
Section 13-209(f)(1) and (2). This reduction
shall be made to the fiscal year 1996
authorizations as follows:

Local Program Open Space Grants
allocated by the POS allocation formula for
each county
Elk Neck Park
Western Maryland State Forests
Special Fund Appropriation, provided that of
the Special Fund Allowance, $30,836,000
$30,636,000 $30,836,000 $30,736,000
represents that share of Program Open
Space revenues available for State projects
and $28,472,000 represents that share of
Program Open Space revenues available for
local programs. These amounts may be used
for any State projects or local shares
authorized in Chapter 403, Laws of
Maryland, 1969, as amended, or in Chapter
81, Laws of Maryland, 1984; Chapter 106,
Laws of Maryland, 1985; Chapter 109, Laws
of Maryland, 1986; Chapter 121, Laws of
Maryland, 1987; Chapter 10, Laws of
Maryland, 1988; Chapter 14, Laws of
Maryland, 1989; Chapter 409, Laws of
Maryland, 1990; Chapter 3, Laws of
Maryland, 1991; Chapter 4, 1st Special
Session, Laws of Maryland, 1992; Chapter
204, Laws of Maryland, 1993; Chapter 8,
Laws of Maryland, 1994; or Chapter 7, Laws
of Maryland, 1995; and for any of the
following State projects.
