23.05.01.12 Miscellaneous Non-Recurring

Payments

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation is to be transferred from
the General Fund to the Transportation
Trust Fund Further provided that this
appropriation shall be contingent on
enactment of SB J, realization of general
fund reductions under that legislation
exceeding $4,000,000. and appropriation of
$4,000,000 additional for public school
construction under provisions of
Supplemental Budget No. 5. Further
provided that this appropriation shall be
reduced on a dollar for dollar basis to the
extent that reductions in General Fund
appropriations attributable to SB 1 as
approved by the Board of Public Works
total less than $10,000,000 , provided that

$21,000,000 $10,000,000 of this

appropriation to provide funds to finance

improvements associated with the

construction of a National Football League
stadium in Prince George's County is
contingent upon the enactment of
legislation to amend Section 9, Chapter 204
of the Acts of 1993 to eliminate the
requirement for the Comptroller to transfer
