(Senate Bill 12)
AN ACT concerning
Annual Curative Bill
FOR the purpose of generally curing previous Acts of the General Assembly with possible
title or other defects; requiring certain groups and organizations to obtain a written
permit from the governing body of Prince George's County or its designee before
operating certain benefit performances; extending the termination provision for the
Maryland Small Business Development Center; altering the purpose of the Eubie
Blake National Museum and Cultural Center Loan of 1994 to provide for the razing
of an existing building and the planning, design, construction, and equipping of a
new building at a certain location; correcting certain errors and omissions in certain
uncodified laws; providing for the effect and construction of certain provisions of
this Act; making this Act an emergency measure; and generally repealing and
reenacting with or without amendments, certain Acts of the General Assembly that
may be subject to possible title or function paragraph or other defects, in order to
validate those Acts.
