AUTHORIZED THE COMBINING OF NONCONFORMING USES ON ONE
PROPERTY IN THE CRITICAL AREA.

[Effective Date January 13, 1996]

WICOMICO COUNTY

Bill No. 1995-2

AN ACT to establish Chapter 105 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Alarms,"
to establish standards applicable to alarms, to control false alarms, to provide a time limit
on audible alarms, and to provide penalties for violations.

[Passed February 13, 1995]

Bill No. 1995-3

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning,"
amending the map entitled "Wicomico County Zoning Map" referred to in Section 76 of
said Chapter, to rezone property consisting of 3.9 acres, more or less, situated in Salisbury
Election District, Wicomico County, Maryland, on the southwesterly side of Parsons
Street and the southerly side of the Pecan Square Shopping Center and the northerly side
of Pemberton Business Center.

[Passed June 20, 1995]

Bill No. 1995-4

AN ACT to amend Chapter 117 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Building
Construction," Section 117-3, titled "Adoption of Standards by Reference," and Section
117-5, titled "Modifications and Amendments to Code."
