AN ACT repealing the Growth Management Act of 1989, which by the express terms of
Sec. 16.1002 of the County Code, is no longer in effect.

State agency that is authorized by law to utilize a county procurement system.

AN ACT altering the definition of "gross revenues" in the Howard County Cable
Television Systems Franchise Act, to exclude, under certain circumstances, revenue
derived from the provision of certain telephone and telephone-related services; and
making a conforming change.

[Amending Section 14.402 of the Howard County Code.

Bill No. 81-1995

AN ACT altering the record keeping requirements of a cable television franchisee, to
clarify that the books and records required to be kept and to be open to county inspection
are those from which information contained in the franchisee's annual report is derived
AND TO REQUIRE THAT THE ANNUAL REPORT FILED WITH THE CABLE
ADMINISTRATOR MUST BE FILED AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE COUNTY COUNCIL.
