AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection A(2), of Section 267-53,
Specific Standards, of Article VIII, Special Exceptions, and Table I, Principal
Permitted Uses for Specific Zoning Districts, Amusements, of Part I, Standards, of
Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for
certain conditions relating to country clubs, golf clubs, tennis and swim clubs in the
AG, R, RR, R1, R2, R3 and R4 districts; and to further provide additional
conditions for their use in the GI districts.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection A(3), Chesapeake Bay
Critical Area Management Program, of Section 169-1, Adoption; Legal Status, of
Chapter 169, Master Plan, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to incorporate
map changes to the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Management Program that
resulted from the approval of a certain growth allocation; and generally related to
the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Management Program.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 232-22, Violations and
penalties, of Chapter 232, Taxicabs, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
reduce the maximum fine for violation of the Chapter from $1,000.00 to $500.00;
and generally relating to taxicabs.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, the definition of "agencies," of Section
41-3, Definitions, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 41, Procurement, of
the Harford County Code, as amended; to add Section 41-5.1, Health Department,
to Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 41, Procurement, of the Harford County
Code, as amended; to authorize the Harford County Health Department to use the
county's procurement law to acquire supplies, equipment and services.

AN ACT to suspend Section 267-12 of the Harford County Code for a certain period; to
provide that certain rezoning applications will not be accepted during the period
that Section 267-12 is suspended, with certain exceptions; to make this Act
contingent on a certain event; and generally relating to zoning.
