include the Annapolis Junction Transfer Station; approving the Annapolis Junction

the Annapolis Junction Transfer Station.

FOR the purpose of making technical amendments to the development regulations;
transferring the review procedures for Planned Unit Developments (PUD's) from
the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations to the development regulations in the
Baltimore County Code and correcting an obsolete reference to the approval by the
Planning Board of certain development plan amendments.
