AN ACT concerning the Repeal and Re-adoption with Amendment of Section
9010B of the Queen Anne's County Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations 1994
Update.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF revising Section 9010B PLANNING COMMISSION,
Membership, to allow the Board of County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County,
Maryland at their discretion to appoint a member of the Board of County Commissioners
to serve as an ex-officio member of the Planning Commission.

AN ACT CONCERNING the Repeal and Re-enactment with Amendments of
Title 12, RECREATION AND PARKS, Sections 12-101 and 12-102 of the Code of
Local Public Laws of Queen Anne's County, Maryland.

FOR THE PURPOSE of revising provisions establishing membership of the Board
of Recreation and Parks; revising provisions concerning compensation of the Board of
Recreation and Parks; to provide for reimbursement of travel expenses for members of
the Board of Recreation and Parks; and to revise provisions establishing committees of
the Board of Recreation and Parks.

Structures and Garages of the Flood Plain Management Ordinance No. 92-01 of the
Code of Public Laws of Queen Anne's County, Maryland, to allow a "conditioned permit"
