FOR the purpose of changing the method by which annual aid is paid to the
municipalities in Caroline County, specifying certain municipal aid payments for certain
fiscal years, and terminating the municipal aid program on July 1, 1996.

Caroline County, Maryland

defining certain parameters of the system, and stating when the system will be
implemented.

Maryland, Article 6 - Public Local Laws of Maryland, 1965 Edition and 1980 Supplement,
as amended.
