A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF SNOW HILL, TO ADD
TO THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF SHOW HILL APPROXIMATELY 50
ACRES SITUATED CONTIGUOUS TO AND ADJOINING THE NORTHEAST
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF SNOW HILL, LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF THE BERLIN-SNOW HILL ROAD, AND PROVIDING FOR
CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES APPLICABLE TO THE PROPOSED
CHANGES IN THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF SNOW

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1-95

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of Somerset, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland and
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended,
entitled "Municipal Corporations", to amend the Charter of Somerset, this amendment to
be entitled "Revised Schedule of Steps Involved in Legislation", such being amendment
number 1-95 to the Charter, by repealing and re-enacting, with amendments, Section
83-10. Same—Veto; Section 83-9. Ordinances—Adoption; and Section 83-11.
Same—Referenda of the Compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland, Title 136, the
amendment to revise the schedule of steps involved in legislation.
