A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the annexation to the
City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
easterly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the "Autumn Grove
Center Annexation", being an area bounded on the East side of Autumn Grove Court
Beaglin Branch. (2.455 acres of land, more or less)

Wicomico County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement).

RESOLUTION NO. 516

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to amend the Charter of the
City of Salisbury by amending Sections SC6-5 and SC 6-24, Alternate Procedure for
Permanent Registration and Conduct of Elections, thereby permitting the City Council of
the City of Salisbury to have the ability to approve a contract between the City of
Salisbury and the The Board of Supervisors of Elections of Wicomico County for the
conduct of City elections.
