CODE OF MARYLAND, TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
GREENSBORO TO DIRECT THAT THE MAYOR SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A
MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING
WHETHER A QUORUM EXISTS
