A RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ENLARGEMENT OF THE
CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF FREDERICK BY EXTENDING
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY AND IN SO DOING TO REPEAL AND
WITH AMENDMENTS ARTICLE I, 2, ENTITLED "BOUNDARIES", OF THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF FREDERICK; TO PROVIDE FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF 11 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, ON THE WESTERN
BOUNDARY OF THE CITY.

the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed.

ENTITLED "POLICE AND FIRE PROTECTION" BY AMENDING SECTION 192
ENTITLED "MAYOR TO APPOINT POLICEMEN, ETC.; POWERS AND DUTIES
GENERALLY OF POLICE; AUTHORITY TO REMOVE, ETC, POLICEMEN".
