MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations", as said Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1991 Edition), BY
REENACTING A NEW SECTION OF SAID CHARTER PROVIDING FOR THE
CREATION OF THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF UTILITIES AND SETTING
FORTH THE DUTIES THEREOF."

as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), added.

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 114

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority contained in Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations", as said Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1991 Edition), BY
REPEALING SECTION 52 OF SAID CHAPTER." (Residency requirement)

the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed.

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 115

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland, adopted

CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1991 Edition), BY
REPEALING AND REENACTING, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 162B(c) OF
SAID CHARTER." (Voter registration)

Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
