BERLIN

area, contiguous to and adjoining the present corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel
Air, on the north side of Tollgate Road, being the land owned by Boulton Group Limited
Partnership, a Maryland Limited Partnership, which is particularly and separately

[Section 202(y) of the Charter of the Town of Bel Air, Harford County, as found in
the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), added.

"VACANCIES"

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Berlin that Section
C6-14, "Vacancies" of the Charter of the Town of Berlin be amended.

[Section C6-14 of the Charter of the Town of Berlin, Worcester County, as found in
the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date March 12, 1996]
