AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 10 of this Act Chapter____ (S.B. ____/H.B. ____)(61rll53/61rll54) of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1996, and if Chapter____does not become effective, Section 10 of this Act shall be void without the necessity of further action by the General Assembly. If Chapter____becomes effective, § 766 of Article 27, as amended by Section 7 of this Act, shall be null and void without the necessity of further action by the General Assembly. - 4317 -
