S.B. 699 VETOES (F) IF A COMMITMENT ORDER IS ISSUED AFTER A VICTIM HAS FILED A (G) IF AN APPEAL IS FILED IN A CASE IN WHICH A VICTIM HAS FILED A (H) AT ANY TIME AFTER FILING A NOTIFICATION REQUEST FORM UNDER (1) IF THE CASE IS STILL IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OR THE JUVENILE (2) IF A COMMITMENT ORDER HAS BEEN ISSUED IN THE CASE, THE (I) THIS SECTION DOES NOT PROHIBIT A VICTIM FROM FILING A Article - State Government 9-1701. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Board" means the State Board of Victim Services.
