(B) IN ADDITION TO ANY DUTIES SET FORTH ELSEWHERE, THE SECRETARY (1) ADOPT REGULATIONS THAT SET STANDARDS FOR THE (2) KEEP A ROSTER OF THE INDIVIDUALS CERTIFIED AS SECURITY (I) THE NAMES OF INDIVIDUALS CERTIFIED; (II) THE NAME OF THE LICENSED SECURITY GUARD AGENCY WITH (III) ANY OTHER INFORMATION THAT THE SECRETARY CONSIDERS SUBTITLE 3. SECURITY GUARD AGENCY LICENSES. (A) EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS TITLE, A PERSON SHALL BE (B) AN INDIVIDUAL OR A FIRM MAY QUALIFY FOR A LICENSE AS A SECURITY 19-302. (A) TO QUALIFY FOR A LICENSE, AN APPLICANT SHALL MEET THE (B) IF THE APPLICANT IS A FIRM, THE FIRM SHALL APPOINT A FIRM MEMBER (C) (1) IF THE APPLICANT IS AN INDIVIDUAL, THE APPLICANT SHALL BE OF (2) IF THE APPLICANT IS A FIRM, EACH FIRM MEMBER SHALL BE OF - 3513 -
