DENTAL TREATMENT IS ADMISSIBLE WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF THE TESTIMONY
OF A PHYSICIAN OR DENTIST EITHER. DENTIST. OR HOSPITAL EMPLOYEE AS THE
MAKER OR THE KEEPER CUSTODIAN OF THE WRITING OR RECORD TO PROVE THE
EXISTENCE OF A MEDICAL CONDITION, THE OPINION, OR THE GIVING AND THE
NECESSITY AND THE PROVIDING OF MEDICAL TREATMENT.
(C) (D) A WRITTEN STATEMENT OR BILL FOR MEDICAL, DENTAL, OR
HOSPITAL EXPENSES IS ADMISSIBLE WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF THE TESTIMONY OF
A PHYSICIAN OR DENTIST EITHER. DENTIST. OR HOSPITAL EMPLOYEE AS THE
MAKER OR THE KEEPER CUSTODIAN OF THE STATEMENT OR BILL TO PROVE THE
AMOUNT, FAIRNESS, AND REASONABLENESS OF THE CHARGES FOR THE SERVICES
OR MATERIALS PROVIDED.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED. That this Act shall be
construed only prospectively and may not be applied or interpreted to have any effect on
or application to any case filed before the effective date of this Act.
SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning
Lead Poisoning Prevention - Fees - Community Outreach and Education
FOR the purpose of altering the duration of a certain fee applicable to certain properties;
providing for the allocation of certain moneys between the Lead Poisoning
Prevention Fund and the Community Outreach and Education Program in certain
fiscal years; providing for the application of this Act; providing for the effective date
of this Act; and generally relating to lead paint poisoning prevention and affected
properties.
